None. Interween does not collect any personal information about you. We have no servers that receive your data, and the app makes no network requests to us or to third parties for the purpose of collecting information.

To do its job, Interween saves a small amount of information locally on your iPhone only, including:

• Which apps you've chosen to add a pause to.
• Your pause preferences and settings.
• Your "time saved" statistics (totals and per-app breakdowns).

This information is stored in the app's local storage on your device. It is never transmitted off the device, is not accessible to us, and is permanently removed when you delete the app.

Interween uses an iOS Shortcuts personal automation that you set up yourself. When you open an app you've chosen, the automation launches Interween to show your pause. This all happens locally on your device through Apple's Shortcuts system. Interween does not — and technically cannot — monitor your activity in other apps, read their contents, or track your browsing.

Interween contains no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. No data is shared with Apple beyond the standard, aggregate App Store information Apple provides to all developers (such as anonymized download and crash counts), which we cannot use to identify you.

Interween does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). It does not build a profile of you or your behavior.

Interween does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It is safe to use at any age.

If Interween ever changes how it handles information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Because the app is built to be private by design, we don't anticipate collecting data in the future — and if that ever changed, we would ask for your clear consent first.
