How do I get help with an app?+
Email us at paperweightapps@gmail.com with the app name, your device model, and iOS version. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Where do I find detailed help for Interween?+

How does Interween work?+
Interween adds a mindful pause before the apps you choose. Using an iOS Shortcuts automation you set up once, opening one of those apps launches Interween first — a breath, a countdown, or a moment to choose — before you continue. It also tracks the time you win back.
The Interween pause isn't appearing. What should I check?+
Make sure you've created the Shortcuts automation for that specific app (Shortcuts → Automation), that you ran Interween at least once so its action is registered, and that the automation is set to run without asking. Deep links and the App Store only work on a real iPhone, not the Simulator.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?+
Email a short description of what happened (steps to reproduce and a screenshot help), or tell us the idea and how you'd use it. We read every message and prioritize based on what we hear.
Is my data collected?+
No. Interween collects no personal data — there's no account, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything the app remembers (your settings and time-saved stats) stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
